Dry eyes (schimmer test 10mm in 5 min), dry mouth, mild anemia, low b12. negative autoantibodies (ana, ssa, etc). could it be sjogren?

Technically not: Classically sjogrens is dry eye dry mouth and rheumatoid arthritis. With negative Ab technically you don't have it. But all of the findings you have are extremely common in their own right.
