my son had an eeg and ct scan after a 1st time seizure..both normal, but now he has 2 lumps on the back of his head?

Reaction: Are the bobs in an area where the EEG electrodes were placed? We use a mild adhesive to keep them on the scalp which can irritate the skin in some cases.

More info.: Did he bump his head while having the seizure? How old is your son? More details would help to elaborate the answer to your question.
