had all the test and have benign pvcs. no alc, smoke, caffeine. have some stress. 3-4 wk periods where i get lots. more after eat. why? remedy?

Benign: PVCs are a benign condition, which means that it's not dangerous. Most people don't event feel them, but they can be uncomfortable for some who are sensitive to them. You are already avoiding alcohol, caffeine and smoking which is good. Try to decrease your stress levels. May want to have your stomach evaluates for gastritis or gallbladder problems.
