Been on same BC for 4 years. I have been spotting for two weeks now (which never happends) and am sore when we start inter course.. What could this be?

Infection?: Sometimes an infection can cause spotting and pain during intercourse. It would be wise to check a home pregnancy test and to make an appointment with your gynecologist for a pelvic exam.
