Constipation?: Your symptoms sound like constipation. A diet with plenty fiber from plant foods, including vegetables and whole grains, with water and exercise helps prevent this. If, however, this is not a new problem and you have severe cramps or even see stool blood, then you should be evaluated by your medical provider.
