been taking xtea stregnth tylenol (acetaminophen) 500 mg 3-4 times a day 2pill each dose for 3 days is this safe i have high blood pressure?

At the MAX!: Hi. My advice would be to never exceed 4 grams of acetaminophen/24 hours, and generally not more than 3 grams. It's not the high blood pressure that worries me, it's the liver toxicity of acetaminophen.

NO ibuprofen: BP ranging between 120-130 is normal. Diastolic BP ranging between 80-89 is borderline. Avoid taking nsaid's as they may elevate the bp.
