No DIET: The important thing is to decide to eat healthy. No food is bad but all foods must be eaten in moderation. Eat a well balanced meal.If unable to decide or unsure of what to do, see a nutritionist for proper guidance. Depriving yourself of so called "bad Foods" will cause you to crave for them and eventually get you off track

Slow change: The best way to start a diet is to never start dieting but rather change the way you are eating for good. You are better off allowing yourself smaller amounts of the foods you love while challenging yourself to try new, healthy and nutritious foods that you will grow to love even more. Labeling foods as bad or good is dangerous psychologically. Weight loss needs to be slow and sustainable.
