are irrational fears a symptom of bipolar disorder or is that just an anxiety disorder?

Bipolar disorder: can express itself in irrational thinking and fears. Phobic disorder has one or more irrational fears as part of it but the person usually understands at some level that the fear is irrational. Please see a mental health professional for more complete clarification and support. Peace and good health.
