While using glucometer if our hands are bit sweaty does it reduces the result.my finger was a bit sweaty and reading came 97 mg/dl.is it correct ?

As long as the: sample is not contaminated and the glucometer has been calibrated the result is within a certain range, Home glucometers are not diagnostic machine and only produce ballpark numbers but overall can be relied on if maintained well and used properly,

Dilution: Hi. There's no significant glucose in sweat, so if sweat dilutes blood, that will LOWER the glucose concentration measured. But since when in France do you measure glucose in mg/dL and not in mM??? ;-) Use a DRY hand to measure your capillary blood glucose! Good luck!
