Shampoo: Quite possibly an allergy to mold/mildew in the old bottle. May also just be sensitivity--check ingredients.

Needs workup: Boy, it sounds like you've have a lot of issues that have come up. I would see your physician this week. Many things will need to be looked into including infection, inflammatory conditions (i.e. Autoimmune diseases), and malignancies. Please get help and good luck.

Cause of wheezing: Usually this is viral induced in a 2 year old, especially if other children are sick at his daycare. He may benefit from nebulized saline, supplemental oxegen and a trial of steroids. Antibiotics usually not needed with wheezing unless cxr shows consolidation. Get all smokers out of the house till child turns 18.

Flat feet, low arch: While there are many cause of knee and and hip pain including damage to articular cartilage or ligaments and somatic dysfunction. The cause of acquired flat feet or pes planus is often due to posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. First, the problem arch is measured and compared to the non problem foot. Also, the feet are inspected from behind while standing to check for ankle valgus.
