How big of an injury to penis would create venous leak. I hit the area, there was no bruising or swelling and i got full erection within 40min ?

Unlikely: To have any injury given that you have no large bruising. It takes a tremendous amount of force to "break" the penis. The penis is usually erect when this happens. If you are worried, see your doctor.

Hmm: A severe crush injury could rupture the veins. If you are having an erection without severe pain or increased swelling you are likely going to be ok.
