Young men don't get-: Why should a young man be fatigued? I doubt seriously that you would have had B12 deficiency, a disease of the older people. Commonest cause of fatigue is inadequate sleep which may have an emotional basis. Make sure that you are not suffering from depression. Once that has been ruled out and if you are able to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, you should exercise/walk daily to energize you.
