What do you suggest if my pimple shrinks and is close to disappearing but then comes back again really badly. is this normal?

Returning pimples.: Pimples occur due to blockage of pores in the face. Sometimes, the blockage can recur. I recommend that you see a dermatologist to see what's the problem.
