is there a good anti-fungal cream that treats many types of skin fungal infections?

Yes.: Most of the commercial antifungal creams do a pretty good job of treating many superficial fungal infections. However, creams cannot reach deeper infections, or superficial ones that have gotten into hair follicles, and will usually require an oral antifungal treatment.
