what happens if i injected 2-3 mil of air into a vein through a cvp line could it possibly cause death within 48 hours?

Central venous air: 2-3 cc of air is not enough to cause a fatal air embolism. It would certainly be resorbed in 48 hours. If it was clinically significant, it would present almost immediately. So no, 2-3 cc air intravenously would not cause death 48 h later.
