my 2.5 old daughter has had a runny nose for 2 weeks now, no other symptoms. could this be allergies? if not, how long can a runny nose last?

Likely yes: If there is congestion and clear drainage likely allergy. However, if there has been any head trauma or any other symptoms i would get the child checked. I have parents use vaporizers during allergy seasons.
