my boyfriend every time he goes out in the sun his skin comes up with itchy red blister type spots? what would help take the itch away?

Sounds like he has: photoeruption from sunlight, he should always wear sunscreen SPF 20 or higher with Zinc or avobenzone and apply aloe after if he gets burned to calm skin. soak in aluminum acetate if he actually gets blisters, then Hydrocortisone for any itching
