A female asked:

i got a 4 cm hemorrhagic cyst removed four months ago, however now i again have a 3 cm hemorrhagic cyst in the same ovary. can i still get pregnant?

Well : You have two ovaries so just because you have one ovary causing a problem you still have another ovary that can release an egg a lot of people get pregnant with one ovary

Cyst: The cyst in itself should not prevent ovulation or chance of pregnancy.

Ovarian cysts?: That is impossible to say based on what little information we have to go on. Do you still have your other ovary? The ovary with the cysts might actually still be viable. The only way to tell for sure is to wait and do blood work to check your hormones and your FSH and LH. Work with a Fertility doctor. Best wishes to you.
