Yes: It is generally accepted that a balanced diet can, indeed, provide all required nutrients.

Absolutely : Only exception would he vitamin K as an infant during the first few months of life until babies can produce it themselves. Oral vitamin k is broken down in the stomach which is why newborns relieve it intramuscularly.
