What can i do to control my daughter's nose itching and rubbing?

Identify the cause.: Something is causing it, probably something she is allergic to. An allergist should be able to pin it down. Meanwhile, the itching can be relieved with a non-sedating antihistamine such as Allegra (if she's older than 2) - but not benadryl, (diphenhydramine) which will just put her to sleep.
