What are the possibilities that happen if i cannot undergo surgery.....femural neck fracture six years ago?

Exam/xray determines: IF the neck fracture has caused the femoral head to die and/or become arthritic a hip replacement could be the answer.
If the joint does not have arthritis and you are suffering from a malunion of the bone a corrective osteomy may help.
If the fracture has not healed (non union) a surgery to address this can help.

Poor healing: Depending on the site,extent of the fracture and the presence and extent of displacement. pain may be present with movement and ambulation may be impaired.
