I workout 5 times per week (weight lifting). is it safe to me to drink one rebull with no sugar after each workout ? (i eat also post-workout meal).

You don't need this: I work out 5-6 times per week too. The main ingredient in Red Bull is the caffeine and sugar, unless the sugar free one as you take. People take pre-workout drinks for the " kick" it can give your workouts. It would make no medical sense to take a caffeine hit at the end of your workout. Take the protein meal instead.
