Radiculopathy: Consult both a neurologist and an orthopedic surgeon. You may need an MRI of your lumbar spine. This may be from compression of spinal nerves or discs.

Bulging disc: I believe you need to be seen by Neurologist for an MRI of your lower back. From your pain they need to key in on L4,L5,S1. The Physician will tell you your options and the sooner it is done the less damage you will have. Please be seen soon.
