Fever -> dehydration: You can lose water with a high fever, whether u realize that or not. In medical terms we call this an "insensible loss" since u can't really see it or measure it. You might notice your weight is less because fluid is quite heavy-- about 8 pounds for one gallon. See if u can drink something or have some chicken soup to restore your fluid balances after a febrile illness. Feel better.

Yes: From from some dehydration and from decreased appetite and food intake your weight can drop some. It will come back up as you hydrate and start to eat normally.
