With caution: Evening primrose oil contains prostaglandin-6 and linoleum acid and other prostaglandin derivatives. It can interfere with the action of several drugs and is found in breast milk. You should check with your OB before using.

I took it myself for the same reason--don't think it did much (neither did the Raspberry leaf tea--however, having sex, and propping up your bottom for a while can let the prostaglandins in the semen do THEIR work and cause softening or some dilation. Good luck! They are WAY more fun OUT than IN! :)
