i am 17 and i have pimple like bumps on my breast and scalp. what are they? have been there for about 3 weeks and not going away but getting worse

Hard to tell: They may be pimples- you can get acne in other areas besides your face. If they are not improving with general cleansing, see your doctor. They may be a variety of different types of rashes, but we can't tell on-line.
