my mother have no eye vision because of open angle glaucoma.she uses drops to control eyes pressure.she forgot pour eyedrops after that no vision.

Unlikely : Glaucoma usually causes visual loss over decades. Is sounds like your mother had end stage glaucoma which just ran its course although more quickly due to non compliance taking her glaucoma medication.

Get checked: Glaucoma is not necessarily genetic. But it will be wise to be evaluated by a ophthalmologist once a year.
