5 days ago had pelvic pain & diarrhea followed by days of excessive gas but normal bms. gas better, but now pelvic pain passing loose bm this morning.

Bloating: The usual cause is consumption of something that's usually seen as healthy that your body may not agree with. Other causes include infections or inflammation (less common). If the diarrhea persists for more than 2-3 days, then see your doctor for stool studies. Foods like dairy products, broccoli, cauliflower, and even garlic can cause these symptoms. Try Beano before meals or Lactaid before dairy
