With continuous exercise and proper nutrition to treat the daily threats of hypoglycaemia, is this condition curable not just a treatable daily chore?

Diabetes treatment: your question is somewhat confusing. I am assuming that you are concerned about hyperglycemia caused by diabetes. eating foods with a low glycemic index (you can Google these) and exercising daily (at least 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and light weight training 3 times weekly) should help to normalize your blood sugar levels. The goal is 90 to 140mg/dl fasting.
