have had flea bites for the last few weeks and they are still on my legs how long does it take before they go ? they won't stop bleeding ?

Don't scratch.: When bites last that long, it's usually because the victim is scratching them, which keeps them inflamed - and also explains the bleeding, in your case. Soak a washcloth or old towel in warm water and apply it to your legs at least a couple of times a day. Take Allegra (fexofenadine) (available otc) to decrease the itching, and do whatever you have to do (wear boxing gloves?) to keep yourself from scratching.

Agree with all Dr Eastern comments. Would add that, perhaps the diagnosis is incorrect. Perhaps it is bed bugs, mites, or some other little critter. A general rule of thumb I use, is that if something is wrong and not getting better after three weeks, get it checked out...in this case, a dermatologist, such as Dr Eastern.
