Many options: I feel surgery should always be the last resort. Homeopathy may help but is likely to work best combined with other options. Glucosamine can help with Chondrotin, MSM & hyaluronic acid. The best approaches may be stem cell therapy & Prolozone but don't know if prolozone is available where you live (search "prolozone pain relief"). Physical therapy, microcurrent therapy & acupuncture can help too.

Many Options: There are many different options for stem cell therapies in the us. I would suggest you evaluate all of them thoroughly before choosing. So far the only practice that has significant research and patient base regarding stem cell therapy is regenexx. They have over 6500 patient registry with pretty good results. Regenexx.Com.
