Autnomic dysfunction: Do you know it's excessive sweating on the left side & NOT lack of normal sweating on the right side? I don't have an age on you. I see you report LOW blood pressure. Depending upon your age you may have a form of autonomic dysfunction which would require testing to try & discover a cause. Then, a treatment plan can be organized. See neurologist please for testing. BTW, hormones all good?
