i drink rarely and modestly but experience numb gums and fingertips. goes away the next morning. vitamin workup came back great. should i worry?

You R talking about : possible neuropathy or circulatory issues of your fingertips, and numb gums, two different possibilities. Make sure to contact your dentist for gum issues, and your PCP for your numb fingertips. That is not normal, and you'll need further work up regarding your circulation. Glad your vitamin panels came back good. Now for the rest of your body! May need to look at serum/fasting glucose levels too.
