my urine become yellow after had gonorrhea. after treatment of std all symptom gone expect yellowish unine.if drink more water it become light yellow.

Here are some ...: Have you eaten or taken any different foods or drugs or pills such multiple vitamins? Changing the degree of yellow color in the urine usually reflects: The urine concentration - the more concentrated, the more yellowish; what you consumes - especially vitamins B-complex, B1, etc. So, watch what you take and see. But, if related with urine concentration, it's good to know your kidneys work well.

This is normal: Neither gonorrhea nor other STDs have any effect on urine color. As you learned by drinking water, urine color is determined primarily by fluid intake. Thi isn't abnormal and has nothing to do with your recent gonorrhea. Don't worry about it.
