Today!: Yes it sounds like you probably have osteomyelitis again or infection from some other source. If you can't get in today with your orthopedist or one of his colleagues, go to an urgent care or the hospital ER your orthopedist is associated with so they can call on-call orthopedist if necessary and get your MRI results. Don't delay. Good luck!
