1 month later usual: Usually the next menses will be about 1 month after the last one especially if the last one was on time. Occasionally menses will be delayed a few days. If you have symptoms of pregnancy or your period is more than a few days late, please see you gynecologist to rule out serious conditions like an ectopic pregnancy or ovarian cyst.
