Minimal: Trazadone was originally marketed as an antidepressant, but requires high doses if effective at all. It is most commonly used for sleep as it is usually quite sedating. The sedation is actually a side effect and may be too much and cause a hung over feeling in the morning for some people. It may also cause dizziness when standing up suddenly.
