When you defocus and look at a clear sky, or uniform white wall or something similar, you will notice ghostly spots rapidly moving in and out of the edge of the central vision on a network like a spider web. These are your white cells in the blood circulation at the back of the eye. Seeing them indicates excellent eye health.
