i have what looks like a red lump on my pubic bone and it has white pimples/dots on top of it , what do you think it could be? thanks.

Lesion: Rashes and lesions are impossible to diagnose over the computer but guesses would include small abscess, folliculitis, insect bite, boil, furuncle, pimple, etc
