17 male- when i squeeze things like toothpaste with right arm i can feel a small sort of buzz in right breast? no pain/tenderness , no lump or no spot

UR squeezing 2 hard!: All muscles in hand/arm/elbow have connections to your upper arm, that has connections to your shoulders, side muscles, pectorals, and neck! It's all interconnected. So, it's plausable you could have slight pinch or buzz sensation in your right breast. Glad there's no lump, pain, or tenderness. As long as it's not present when you're not squeezing anything, that is good! Otherwise, see your PCP!
