CAUSE: UNKOWN: It is a Inflammatory disease of Connective tissue and musculoskeletal system. Involving morning stiffness, aches and pains mostly of Shoulder and hip girdles. Its cause remains elusive. No known genetic or environmental causes are thus far identified by modern medicine. it remains very common. Giant Cell arteritis is its kissing cousin in Older people.
