i have a very bad stomach pain and i can't eat or drink anything couse ill want to throw up. its starting to lead to head aches. what can this be?

Stomach pain: If you are having pain at a level 10 u should see ur doc. ASAP. You could have dyspepsia form hyper acidity or it could me more serious like an ulcer. Don't ignore it.
