Differin, (adapalene) but...: Different people have different results, no pun intended. Today, no one needs to have acne. I start people with topical clindamycin; i required 25 years on systemic tetracycline with good results. A dermatologist can write for a retinoic acid derivative that's very powerful even for the toughest cases. Good luck.

What medication is better and more effective? Klaron (sodium sulfacetamide) or differin?

Depends: Claron is an antibiotic topical, and the differin (adapalene) is more like tretinoin, so opens up the pores. Either can be effective, claron if pustules, differin (adapalene) if blackheads.
