Med interactions: You need to re-cjheck with an internist Re: all meds interactions. Your remicade (infliximab) puts you at risk for infections (like pneumonias) and blood in stool might be assoc. w/inflammatory bowel disease. And tramadol certainly contribuites to sleepiness and forgetfulness (which as an ADHD you don't need more of !)D
