my 12 yo son passed out today, dizzy on and off all day, irregular hr, headache, even after he ate and drank water how can i tell if it was heat?

Should see a doctor: You do not mention under what circumstances this happened. However, because you mentioned irregular HR, and intermittent dizziness , you should take your son for a medical evaluation, the sooner the better.The doctor will be able to gathered the right information and provide you with a diagnosis and appropriate measures to take.
