Healthy? Help What? : What is your definition of healthy foods? By who's criteria? I know of no foods which are promoted as not healthy; there is lots of promotion; not lots of honesty/reliable science in either the food or supplement industry. Buyer beware always applies. On the 2nd issue, help what? What is your goal? What are you asking about? Will attempt to help but cannot offer much from question as stated.
