Chest pain: Could be allergic in nature.... Could be acid reflux ..... Cardiac work up was negative..... Next step is an upper endoscopy or trial of a proton pump inhibitor

Chest tight, itchy: Sound like an allergic type reaction. Did you mention the itchiness along with the chest pain. Could you be allergenic to whatever you are sitting/lying down on? Recent cleaning of chairs, bed? New cleaning products?
