Lymphnodes: Your symptoms as described appear to be possibly due to some underlying infectious process or something that would cause the swollen nodes, and now Shortness of breath. Be diligent, and get an evaluation. Hopefully the ENT will be more helpful to you and order some routine tests at least to include a cbc-dff and C-Xray to start, Best wishes.
