Dg ptsd and panic disorder. have fatigue and muscle soreness/burning after periods of attacks. is this normal in panic attack/how can i stop it?

Psych Tx: All conditions shown are respiratory. If Dx'd PTSD and Panic, why no Tx? It may help. If you're just approaching this now, try to select carefully. Really look into any medications as to side effects and w/drawal issues. Planning ahead can pay off!. Consider some psych eval sessions to be sure of the Dx if it was sketchy. A good start can lead to a good result. Expect to be tired. Get rest. Best!
