A lot: Sinusitis means infection in the sinus cavities usually from obstruction in the opening thereby obstructing drainage. Sinus cancer is rare and means just that. Hay fever involves only the nasal cavities and the symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose etc due to allergies usually to airborne allergens. By the way, if the nose is stuffy most of the time, it may lead to sinusitis.
